Fix: bugfix in histlog3600 as it stops recording in some cases.

New program: Mysql3600 is added to the package.
Improved communications: Improved calibration function of nanodelay function.

Improved communications: retry several times in case of failing communication.
Debug option: debug logging added, for log level see open3600.conf file.

Note for Webgraph installation: You need a webserver with a recent version of PHP including a graphical library GD

fetch3600 and the webstation are now fully working now:
Use it stand alone or with a external programs like for example weather-display.
or just to generate a webpage or webgraph.

Open3600 is a package of software tools that reads data from a WS3600 weather station,
without using the Heavey Weather program or history.dat file.

We have made a a few programs like fetch3600 and history3600 (based on the open2300).
These programs are able to communicate directly with the WS3600,
and is also able to dump the output to a file. it is running under both Linux and Windows.
